Ten Signature Sheet Petition Instructions:

The petition linked here is a 10 signature sheet sheet petition. Following these instructions carefully will ensure that you meet the state of Oregon's requirements, so your signatures count. If you would like us to mail you a ten signature sheet petition, please fill out our volunteer form.

• The ten signature sheet is a two sided document. Keep in mind, one sheet is oriented in the landscape mode and the other in portrait. (One goes vertical and one is horizontal)

• Print both the signature sheet and the cover sheet on regular WHITE office paper. It must be on white office paper. Now you are ready to make a two sided copy.

• Once the copy has been made, it is important that the orientation of the document looks exactly as the orientation of the template the Secretary of State approved.

• This means: While looking at the signature sheet – where folks sign – as if you were getting ready to sign it, and you peel back the left side of the paper you should see the start of the cover letter. If you see the bottom of the cover letter it has been copied wrong and will not count as a valid sheet.

• Now that you have a two sided petition you are ready do make as many copies as you like of the blank petition.
